I have an 08 hayabusa and I want to ask if someone knows what can I do to my stoch headers to gain performance without going for a full system. I found another one thread here but without results.

Buy a new header in UK E-bay that is more open... and put on some slip-ons. Thats what I would do...

Do not know what the results would be but about the only mods you could do to the stock headers would be to remove the cats and then get the bike tuned to suit.
But again as I said this may not improve performance at all.
Are you wanting to keep the stock look or wanting to save money??

As long as you have that stock pipe you won't get many / any real gains. Brocks Performance makes a great pipe at a great price. Best of luck.

I want the look to remain all stock!

I almost got smashed a couple of times because the bike was too quiet, didnt have the $ for aftermarket at the time so thought I would take a chance and just took the mufflers off and left the mid pipe...It seems to have some kind of baffling still so actually sounds bitchen. But the flange still being therre is a bust if a cop sees it. I was thinking about taking it off and side slicing it to get rid of the three bolt flange. What do you guys think???? It sounds bitchen and seems to let her breath alot better. Uses I get a couple mpg less but other drivers here me. I think the mid pipe prolly gives more back preasure than some of those aftermarket slip ons that claim not to burn a valve. Wathca think???? Thanks TroxZilla

Hi to all

I have the original exhaust to an open exhaust to reconfiger.
See photo.
I want to use a perforated tube of 60mm.

Hi to all

Update the original exhaust to an open exhaust to reconfiger.
I use a tube inox of 54mm.
I decided to drill the holes itself first 3mm. then 6mm.
1120 holes in 1 tube

See photo.

New Pic's

I do not know.
I forgot to weigh.
And tested, they are also not yet.

I will try to make a clip.
For the sound.
