SLO-POKE love the canons!!! If they didnt look so ugly on a GenI I would have put them on my bike. The GenII edition I love and the sound is awesome :thumbs up:

I was just digging around and realized how long it's been since I have been to this web site. Anyway here is a couple updated pics of my bike through it's road to completion (which is has reached the end of yet), I have also done custom seat covers but no good pictures yet. Small motor mods have been done to keep me happy until I decide the true direction for the motor.

Personally I would leave the body work as is and just add bits and pieces to suit.
But it is your bike and you are the one that has to like it.
Very nice by the way.

If that's a '99 I would not make any changes that could not be reverted to stock. It's the only year that will be worth something some day.

I'd take it to a dealer and ensure all the recalls and updates have been done to the cam chain, fuel system, and starter gears.
