Hello everyone! I want to ask if it is normal after two hours off busas' engine to be still hot? I touch it with my hand and was still hot, not to much however. I have a 2000 busa. All of my other motorcycle were cool after two hour off. Thanks!

Warm, i can tolerated, but it seems a little bit weird to me. I havent got any temperature problem when i ride it. However, all my other bikes after two hours were completely cold.

If your gauge isn't going above the halfway mark and you haven't experienced the red light on the temp gauge just ride it. The only other thing I can offer is to hook up with a buddy that has a Busa, get a good temp gauge, you can actually buy a small length of iron/constantan wire, strip out both ends, twist one end together and plug the other into a VOM and read a very accurate temp. Go ride for a few hours, park for a few hours and measure the engine temps, and compare.
I've never really paid mine any attention. If after two hours the bike cranks without a problem; I say ride.
My '06 in great shape, no problems would overheat in heavy to stopped traffic. I just had to avoid those situations.
They fixed this issue with the Gen II. The Gen I is known for getting hot. Muzzy Fan mod, additional fan mod, thermostat relocation, fan control switches, etc.

I have an 07' and in heavy stop and go traffic in 3 digit temperatures, my temp gauge has barely been above the middle line. Normally the needle will reside below the line. Now my bike I can leave for 3-4 hours in temps above 70 degrees and it will be warm to the touch, headers cold. In the winter temps, 50 or less, in 2 hours the engine would be warm in place and cool in others. This is all without taking the fairings off. Think of how long it takes a 4cly car engine to cool off and we have a transmission built into our engine casing plus we have our engine wrapped in plastic, not to mention a radiator and engine oil cooler sitting 7 inches away radiating heat. So I would not be worried if it is warm to the touch.
Because I bet if you pulled your spark plugs after 2 hours they would feel very warm to the touch...
