See thats the cultural differance too.
In australia we arent into the 2lt turbo supras and hondas etc , we love a good old meat and pies Aussie V8

Holden make these called commadores , anyway they export them too america , England ( Vauxhall VR8 ) .

Have a look at this clip from Top gear and it will explain why we like our V8 commodores .
Top gear is a great show if you have never seen it before .

The clip goes for 7 minutes , but you must have a look , not only does it explain our cars , but also explains a bit about why we like them over expensive spoprts cars.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion i suppose. These are the cars i grew up around. Two of them are aussie icons(the first one and the last one). They used to kick ass in the V8 supercar racing over here in there time. You either love them or you hate them. Me well...........I JUST LOVE THEM!!
