sounds like mine...
i have 2" round chrome tips from the parts store w/ 2" to 1 3/4" reducer welded to it to fit the header snug. sounds almost like my old boz 4-2-1 moria on the 06

please excuse this video. its the first one i have done with my new digital camera and it sucks but you get the general idea. it truly sounds just like the other video. the tips are also just a slung together version to see if i like it before i make the out of stainless.

Lightening :
Did you retain the stock headers and cats? (looks like it) Bascially you've made your own slip on system from autozone?
Did you have any fit issues, what length tip and reducer did you utilize? (or total length)
I like what you did and the sound is perfect!
Would it be possible to share some part #'s and where you got the parts?
THANKS!

yes i still have factory header and cats.
the parts can be bought from oreilly's, autozone, or advanced auto parts.
the tips are 2"x9" chrome angle cut and come from oreilly auto parts. when you are on the exhaust isle you'll see the reducers. they are all the same length. you will need 1 3/4" ID to 2" OD reducers. you can either tap the reducer into the bottom of the tip or cut the reducer to fit flush. on the 1 3/4" side you will need to cut 2 about 2" slits in the reducer so it will slip over the tip. you can use the clamps from your factory slip on to tighten the tips up. all in all i spent about $20 for mine. you can also buy universal 2" baffles at any harley store if you need to tone it down.
