hi all
since i had cleaned the throttle bodies with carb cleaner and disconnected the battery and did attempt to balance them myself before it went to the shop to be done. the fuel usage reading has gone to about 18.2 l per 100klm
the actual fuel usage seem good at about 360klm, mostly highway with a pillion
it was reading approx 5.2 with pillion prior
were does the gauge get its reading from?, when i was balancing the throttle bodies i had a couple vac pipes off and the f1 light came on, read for codes after and all seems OK
i was certain the vac pipes went on as they came off but now im thinking they didn't (the only two that could be wrong are at either end of the throttle bodies where there are 2 side by side
any ideas?
