Last year I contacted Pazzo about having levers that would better fit an 08-09 models.
Well they just e-mailed me to let me know yesterday that they are ready for sale.

See my attachment:cheers:

Can someone explain the difference between these and the older levers? i have the older one's on my 08 and have not had a problem with the fit. I have the short levers and love em.

I dont think there is an issue any more - possibly the older design on the new Busa K8 had a foul situation but by the time i got mine and i took the longer ones there was no issue. perhaps someone can comment on the shorties - whatever i found the better control over the OE to be a real plus for the cost here which is pretyy much pegged wherever you go - wish i could do that with our products !

The difference between the GenI pazzo's when fitted on a GenII where that the clearence from the lever when fully extended would only leave a 2+ mil's of space from the inner panel.

The new GenII design has a larger clearence for better fitment.

We have them on my wifes 08, no real problem. But Pazzo was not happy with the tolerance and would not recommend GenI's levers for GenII's.

I have an interesting issue which in a way could work as an Anti Theft feature since it took me some time to figure it out. When I switched my levers to the long Pazzo levers, I found that the bike would not start unless the clutch lever was in the #2 or higher position. It seems the #1 position is too close and does not have enough travel (on my bike anyway) to let the bike start. So besides the alarm, switching the lever switch to #1 position will sure baffle the first thief that comes along and tries to break the ignition switch.

I got a pair of cyclepirate one's for $120 bucks and the brake lever don't hit at all. I have a couple budies with Pazzos and both brake levers hit when you turn. Shoot one of the guys fell going about 3mph when he turned left. Be careful if you do buy Pazzozs listen to the guy here when the say clearance broblem.

The levers really have a problem on bikes with lowering triple trees.:umm:

I have a brand new NEVER been used set of FP Tactical Bi Folding Adjustable Levers for a Gen 2 Busa. They are black on black with custom engraving on them that says "hayabusa" on the front and back of both levers. I payed over 200.00 for them. Im selling them for 130.00 plus shipping. Lifetime warranty
