Daytona Bike week anyone?

So I'm just agreed to bike week in daytona. Looks like me and my buddy Vince are heading down. I hate that freaking 24 hour drive! We got a house in Orlando so it's a nice 20-30 min ride in and out of Daytona every day:)

Anyone from the board gonna be there? It would be cool to meet up with my busa brethren in person down there :cheers:

I live in Jacksonville so it is about 1.5 hrs away from me and i will go probably 2 times...

My poor bike got taken away from it's owner last year at bike week in Panama City! Can't do that again, insurance didn't want to pay and wanted to blame me for stealing my own bike!:surprise: I would have to sleep with her if I went again!:oh yeah:This is the poor girl, I bet she is lonely!

I am going to be there. I don't know how many of my friends are going the same days that I am, but I am pretty certain that there will be at least 5 from Orlando and and still waiting on responses from my friends in Tampa.

Sorry to hear that fishhook256. We got a house rented in orlando so the busas get locked up at night! I'm not even insured for theft so my bike is either locked up in my garage or it's between my legs!

I live near Ocala, and I'll get by there too.
I saw what you said about your friend's stickers and went right out and got mine off, too. The reflectors are next, I stopped for coffee...

yeah, that's an older pic of his bike. We cleaned it up since then, no reflectors, same front flashers as me, powedercoated the front and back rearsets, thre on a hugger and put the stock undertray back on and chopped it like mine and put a smoked tail lense with integrated flashers:) IT looks MUCH better now:) Next he's thinking NOS and possibly painting one of my painter fairings and chaning the color of the bike.

Alright all you busa bastiches! T-minus 2 days to departure. I should be leaving friday around noon and we're thinking of doing the 24 hours drive in 2 shots instead of 1.
