Hi, does anybody have any experience with the nicely in the hump hidden ZEX systems for the Busa?
Some info here: http://www.compperformancegroupstores.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=82075&Store_Code=ZX
By the way, if you order through Ebay it's a lot cheaper.....

I'm about 100% sure the bottle mount kit is from Guy Caputo of Tiger Racing and is a top shelf unit, we have one and are going to use it in conjunction with our 2.5 in the swingarm(2.5 in the swingarm 2 under the seat 4.5 total). As for the dry Nitrous set up from ZEX I'm not entirely sure we would ever use a dry system after setting up the Nitrous Express wet system. Costs more takes more work but is much safer for your motor!

Hi Marie, I can't find any info on why exactly the wet system is much safer than the dry one. Can you perhaps explain?

Flyboy it all comes down to AFR. Air Fuel Ratio. Nitrous makes power for 2 reasons #1 it adds more oxygen to the air fuel mix, #2 it super cools the air fuel mix.
Stoichiometric is the perfect air fuel ratio to produce the most power' but as anyone one knows motors always make really good power leaned out, right up until they stick! hahahah
Nitrous Oxide in a dry system cools the intake charge and adds more more Oxygen. In order for your motor to not be too lean you have to add more fuel with jetting or mapping. Problem is more NO2 and the fuel to keep it from leaning out will probably be too rich the rest of the time when your not spraying. In small systems 20hp 30hp you can run the AFR a little fat, and still be OK when not spraying. Or if you run one of the newer Power Commanders that allows you to switch on the fly you can change maps as soon as your ready to spray. OR some of the new PC's use an O2 sensor in the exhaust that theoretically would adjust the mapping when you spray.
Wet system. Pretty much plug and play. The nozzles have a fuel line and a nitrous line, Each line has it's own jet and HP rating and AFR is pre adjusted by changing the jets. Fuel is usually supplied by a separate fuel pump. Much safer for your engine because there is very little chance of lean out damage.
Dry systems can usually fog into the airbox or ram air port and are cheaper and easier to install. Wet systems drill into the intake port and are more work and expense but safer and can support more HP.
Here's mine from Nitrous Express, rated for up to 100 hp
