The number you get is more dependant upon the the make and model of dyno than the bike.

My bike with slipons, a K&N and a TRE gave 148 on a SuperFlow.

Here's a article where the builder of the DynoJet admits to a fudge factor to inflate HP numbers. You might have just had your bike on an accurate dyno.

Several people told us it was impossible for a Busa to run 180's on "Just" 155HP. But then we talked to some people in the know and found out that not only do different brands of Dyno's produce different numbers but the exact same Dyno can have different numbers in different locations due to elevation temps and set up. Also some Dyno's are notoriously "Tight or cheap" meaning that they don't give up big #'s.
So your bike might run bigger numbers on a different Dyno. The best bet is to pick one Dyno and one operator, and tune there everytime. That way you will be seeing the actual changes whereas if you went from a tight Dyno to a "Loose" Dyno you might see a 15hp increase by switching to a brand X airfilter, yeah it might have made a difference but 1 hp for the aircleaner, 14hp for the Dyno difference. I think alot of the big numbers that get thrown around are either loose Dyno's or power adder motors. Calm down sounds like your in the ball park:cheers:
