LORD HUMONGOUS TUNNEL RAM ... does it work ?!!

Hi gents. You probably have seen it already but I would like to hear your thoughts. I think that it might be worth it but after reconsidering few things someone brought out.
1-what would be stability on very high speeds when all that air flow straight into engine?
2-how the air filtration system is going to work and if the custom filter fitted how it effect air flow?
3-and the last thing .... if that is so easy why we never done it/heard about it or why the manufacturers don't use it ? Wouldn't that be cheaper ?!
P.S. And all of course with vacum and air temp fitted somehow.
