shift light

Anyone noticed the shift light on 08 is hard to see. I don't think I have ever seen mine come on. Maybe I'm too busy looking where I'm going. I would like to relocate it over the tac. or on the wind screen. I have seen after market lights on other bikes.

I dont know what they are set to default but until I set mine I never saw it - mind you I now look for it cos I am trying to get max drive and torque out

My friend has a GSXR 1000 with the light just above the tac. He said it's very bright and you can't miss it when it lights up. Right now I drive mine like a dirt bike. Turn it untill it quits pulling.

I had to turn mine on they are shut off when you first get them . There are three different settings:thumbs up:

During the day you still won't see it.

It is too low and out of the line of sight to be useful.
At night it flashes very bright, and lights up the whole dash, so it does work well then.

Hell yea its BRIGHT when you have it on...:rofl: you can adjust the brightness and the way it activates...flash or solid light... mine flashes...shift fool shift...:oh yeah:
