Mirror Extenders

I went to the PMR web site http://www.pmrcomponents.com/pmrweb_015.html ,saw what I needed but when I made the phone call to day to thier California location ,to order the 3/4 inch base extenders,the phone number is out of service.Is PMR out of Business or is there another supplier where I can get these extenders as with my wide upper body I cannot see whats right behind me,not a good thing.

Thanks everybody.I found by google a site called Burkhart Cycle and ordered a 1 inch thick pair of extenders.That should help with the tailgaters.
