Which one did you got? Will the stock gear indicator work for all gears with this one you got?

There is a pro TRE on the market (i cant locate it at the moment) that over rides the timing restrictor(as the name suggests)in the lower 4 gears and allows you 320km+ while showing gears 1N23455 on the gear indicator on the K8 onwards at about $200AUD. if anybody else can add to that then gr8 i'll keep searching.....

I bought my X-tre from pashnit.com and yes the gear indicator remains working 1-6. you can change to 3 different maps, bike will always run in map selected which means it will be a little rich in lower gears. Unit works well.
