I rode my TLR 1000 around for a couple of weeks without cans. Sounded awesome. Idled like a top fueler and when you stuck it to it it sounded like a top fueler at full noise. I miss my TL
Also just before fitting my micron gp's to the K8 i gave the beast a kick in the guts and I must day didn't sound to bad at all

When I put on my Yosh R77 Slip-ons we started her up with no cans, it was so freakin sweet, but loud as hell.

I've done it as well. But not for a minute or two ... for all day :-D
Was really loud and pretty scary to my neightbours and all pedestrians. And seriously this video does not justify true sound (basses) !!!!
Forward it to 1:31 because before that it's just a boring warm-up hehe
