Welcome! Great pics.
What kind of racing scene do you guys have over there?

Hey whats up,
The racing scene is not big for bikes if your talking about drag. Alot of guys go up to Fuji speedway and race on the track. But dont get me wrong there is alot of illegal stuff at night. At night you can go all out. Cops are not as agressive as the states or other cuntries just gotta know were the cameras are but if you going too fast they want pick you up anyway:oh yeah: If you really wanna get a rush here, we go to the mountains, lots of twist and turns:puke: plus it gets pretty tight. Overall japan is a great place to build great overall riding skills. I'm from Chicago. I thought I was a great rider until I cam here. Illinois is nothing but open straights, but over here its like a dream. I hate to say it but I think the average chick could out ride the average american guy.
Well hope that answers you guys ?'s and some.

Good info!
Are most folks on smaller displacement bikes? Smaller bikes (in my own experience) breed good riding skills.

:thumbs up:Yes you are wright. most people ride 600s or 750s, But thats not because they cant handle the power. Its because Japan has strick test and school to aquire a license to ride a bike over 1000cc. It cost 3 or 4 thousand dollars just to get a drivers license fo r a car here so I can imagine how much it is for a 1000 or above bike. Plus I hear the school is really hard and I herd somewhere you have to be able to push your bike up a hill. So if you only weigh 140lbs and your Busa is over 500lbs, it can be really hard. So if you ride a big liter bike over hear you get alot of respect. Even from the cops. It was weird to me at first until my friends explained it to me. Other bikes would just pull to the sid and give me the lead. Most of the guys who ride Busas and ZX-14s(Boooo) ar BIke http://l.yimg.com/g/images/spaceball.gifCops. They get the training for free. We make sure there at all the bike nights so we dont have any problems. Well hope thats enough info. I love riding in Japan. I want to go to Europe next. Germany!!
