Hello it's me again,

got another question for the community. I was wondering if anyone did try these aftermarket mirrors yet and can tell me if they would fit the 2008 model? I love the looks and the seller can't tell.

I assume most of you guys know that ebay store but in case you don't, it's worth having a look at it, some of the parts are sweet.

well I will be able to confirm or disagree very soon (unfortunately) :) but that raises only the basic question..do you realy need a rearview mirror on a busa? :)

I am sure there is more to watch out of than that :) I was just kidding obviously but if it realy is that bad I am toying with the idea of chaning the mirror alignment, otherwise...well they will look great mounted on my office chair :)

ok guys as promised here my feedback (pictures will follow tomorrow) sorry but it is already a bit to dark....

HOW DO THEY LOOK? well they look amazing seems they were made for this bike..at least what my taste is concerned

HOW DO THEY WORK? that's a differents story... the pro is that your view to the back is MUCH wider than before, the cons are that you fill half the mirror with your own reflection and 2nd the wider view needs some getting used to as with the angle of the glass the distance is difficult to judge in the beginning, so things seems further away than they actualy are.

your view directly behind you is non existend :) so if you get tailed by another car or bike...you never know..but then again...why would you care about that :)

another con is that they are not that easy to fit as the manufacturer tells you. after some drilling and taking half the front of you have them where they should be. but dont' expect them to be a 10 minutes job, it actualy took me about 1 hour 30 minutes which is a long time for some mirrors :)

OVERALL RESULTS:

If looks are more important to you than safety...go for it!

Don't ask me what I did :) I might get kicked out of the forum if I answer you :)
