The 5-LED cluster (all-white) bulbs that full is using in the front running light position are excellent.

The original ones he was using appeared to be a 4-cluster wedge bulb that has to white LEDs, and two blue LEDs. This would draw the unfortunate attention of LEOs here in my neck of the woods.

The use of any lamp color other than white or orange will get you a roadside discussion with the Washington State Patrol. BTDT, got the fix-it ticket to prove it... :head meets wall:

I've seen them from low 200's to over $300 for the complete kits.....high & low beams.

@ The Onion - Yes LED's consume very little power compared to conventional filament type bulbs

Im wanting to do this to my new K8. Where can i get these bulbs and what are the color options? Are these anywhere close to HID's?

Nothing Compares In Brightness To Hid..they Draw Little As Well I Was Surprised To Find Out..i Have Used Them Off Road And They Are Freaking Bright! I Find I Can Ride/drive Faster With Halogens Yellowish Light.

sorry if this is dump question ... wat means "HID" :confused:...Halogen?!


here in germany is only halogen with max 75 watt and an E-number street legal

xenon is illegal too .. the only bikes with legal xenon i know in germany are BMW bikes

.....

i'd love to put some brighter headlights in my busa a...love the xenon look .. an the

stock lights are a litle crappy ..

do the lamps above in this thread have an e-number ?
