05 busa popping in 1st and 2nd

i got a 05 busa and its popping in 1st and 2nd gear under part throttle only hard throttle it is ok
kind of feels like it is gear pop but no other bike i have ever had poped thay always grinded when trans was acting up but this is poping and it feels like it is poping in and out over and over agian

anyone have any ideas on what i can try before tearing the engine out

it sounds like engine and it feels like chain poping like it is slipping on the sprockets

did u check the sprocket teeth. front and rear. inspect chain. check the obvious before u start rippin things apart.

Sounds like the dogs on the gears. From what I hear its a common issue although it has not happened to mine yet. :banana: You need to replace the gears in your transmission with a higher quality undercut ones.
