Any #'s yet on 08 busa 1/4 times yet?

I have heard rumblings through the forums, can anyone confirm the 1/4 mile times for the new 08 busa and how it compares to the 08 ZX-14? :whistling:

From what I read in our national bike magazine MCN it looks like Kawasaki are tweaking their ZZr1400 engine to match the new '08 Busa as it won't quite match it as it is - What's new!:oh yeah:

I read somewhere recently, a bike mag journo pulled a 9.95, so you would think having a good go someone can get mid 9's...maybe.

I thought our antique model could do that? With a good experienced rider that is. I have never ran it at the track, so I'm just trying to remember what I've read in the past.

With Richard G riding it went 9.32@151 at ATCO last weekend and it was strapped/lowered/clutch mod only...

Jeremy Teasley went 9.24 @ 151 lowered and stapped a few weeks ago, he extended it to 66 inches put a sidewinder exhaust on it and slammed it and went deep in the 8's, predictions are saying 8.60s, they are supposed to post new times this week.... this is all supposed to be on a stock motor???

Thats true, I think one of the designers that day got a 10.0?, Brock Davidson on Dragbike.com did a big write up on that and he said they only got two passes

the 08 Busa went 9.90 leavin the light at 1500RPM
