Busa Short Block??

is it possible to buy a short new(ish) busa short block?

that way i can go big bore kit, new cams, ported heads, new air box... ect. ect.

like i know u can buy brand new car short blocks, is it possible on the busa as well?
or am i gonna have to go to a salvage yard and get a old motor and clean it up?
