The goofy fake natural gas logs.. Bugs the hell out of me, but my wife won't let me consider getting a wood insert. We had an awesome wood insert in our previous house that heated the whole place.. I'll get back to that some day. Maybe I'll get it installed when she's out of town on business or something.

Thanks B.. I'm just a fan of a natural wood fire.. I grew up in a farmhouse where the primary source of heat was two wood stoves. Loading and unloading the rounds after my father chainsawed them, and helping split with pop was one of the chores growing up.. Didn't have much fun then, but now that I'm an adult too, I actually enjoyed doing it for our own supply.. Now all I get to do is flip a freaking switch to have a fire going.. Not quite the same as the experience of splitting your firewood and getting to play with fire to start up the fire. Oh well, some of the fun stuff has to go away for efficiencies sake I guess.
