coming home from work today I introduced myself and my bike to a new ladie, we not so much her but the side of her car.
I was going down the right side of all the banked up traffic when when i was level with the back of her car she decided that she wasnt happy sitting in traffic and decided to pull out and use the side street over unbroken lines.
( we were both in th wrong ) anyway I hit her or she hit me and stop me from a grind 60kph to zero in about 1 second .
I managed to get the bike sideway and my left side from my shoulder , back , hip and knee took the full brunt only to be followed up by the weight of the hayabusa .
I smashed her mirror off with my index finger which isnt broken but slightly dinted and tendon damage and a real lot of soreness down my left side .
She and i went around the corner together as i had no choice and she was panicing and kept her foot on the throttle , we stopped and i hopped of she was worried about me , i said i am sore but ok .

a few bystanders came over to see if i was ok , which i was as i stayed on the bike , and one bloke a rider who saw it said he thought i was going to go right through it i hit her that hard .
anyway my yoshis copped the brunt of it as well running down her car ( cosmetic damage to it ) and my body saved the rest of my bike,
She doesnt want to go through insurance and just wanted to let it go , i exchanged details with her anyway just incase because it seemed fishy and left .

I got up around the corner feeling pretty shaken and sore , and i went around at the lights to find all the traffic banked up , so i rode around it and infront was a girl under her bike , so i stopped and helped her , we got her bike off the road with the help of a car driver and saw that she was ok , and when she left ( worked around the corner ) i rode home and too the medical centre to get my finger looked at as i could pull the clutch properly .

Paying for it now , was glad that the bike was relativaley unscathed , but 15 hours later the body doesnt think so .

2 down in 2 blocked and to top it off someone nearly hit me in the medical cebtre carpark .
Bikes in the garage and i will stay off it for a day or two until saturday when i have to go to work , only because th eleft side is to sore to get on the peg and the shoulder and back leaning over.

stay safe out there everyone .

:whistling::whistling: Yeah...they're not ALL bad , I guess. But looking at my own personal "stats"...... At over 22 years of street riding, I've been hit 3 times......all 3 times was a female & they all said the same thing...." I never saw him." :umm:

Ouch - glad to hear you are basically OK. Some days just suck for riding, I had one a few days ago where it seemed every second car was out to kill me.
Get well mate.

Sorry to hear about the incident WARputer, but glad to hear you're still with us.

All back you up about women drivers. Easily, the greater majority of the most idiotic moves I have ever encountered have been by women! You simply can't go wrong bashing them in general. They suck!

bad news mate, hate to say it but you're gonna feel even stiffer and sorer before you start feeling better. It normally takes a few days for the bruising to come out. get well soon.

Get with the program Quasar - Patriot had the accident.

Your issues with women are getting stale and boring - I suggest you stick with the technical comments.
