will it or won't it fit the new K8?

So you've bought a K8 after selling your Mark 1 Busa and removing your bling / styling mods, you attempt to fit them to your shiny new K8...............

So far I've found these not to fit the K8...
1. Exhaust end cans
2. Carbon front mudguard(fender)
3. Rear Oberon footpegs
4. Double bubble screen
5. 18T front sprocket - coz it's already got one!
6. Wheels
7. Undertail / tailtidy
8. Rearsets
9. Disk brakes
10. Slave support covers

What does fit..
1. Carbon mirrors
2. Front Oberon footpegs fit but you need the tension spring from the old model
3. Long velocity stacks?....not tried to fit yet


If anyone else finds mods that are/aren't transferable, please add it to the list......:thumbs up:

Hello it's me again,

got another question for the community. I was wondering if anyone did try these aftermarket mirrors yet and can tell me if they would fit the genII model? I love the looks and the seller can't tell me.

I assume most of you guys know that ebay store but in case you don't, it's worth having a look at it, some of the parts are sweet.

Just got feedback from the seller after all apparently they should work just fine on the genII, I ordered them and some additional mods (footpegs etc.) I will put an additional feedback about them all once I got them. (with some pics) :)

Just so you guys know the slave support covers are not interchangable from gen1 to gen2 busa`s,, not sure about the billet clutch covers,, but I will know for sure in the next couple of weeks,,
