I've had my K8 for 4 weeks now and due to work and the fact it's been chucking down and strong winds on my days/weekend off, I've only managed 3 rides out

It's like getting a battery operated toy at Christmas and finding batteries are not included................and the shops are shut!! :mad flames:

I've only managed to do @ 150 miles on it so far and I really can't wait until I get to the magic 500 miles when I can really give it some revs

God, it's soooo frustrating...............

Holy Smokes....is that warchild riding in that mess? I've been riding all winter so far but there is nothing like that here in North Carolina. If it did snow like that I must honestly admit that I would be driving my 4x4.

Yup, I managed to get out yesterday, it was bloody cold, but at least it stayed dry - Can't wait for the warm weather to get her really cranked over - got to watch out for the mushy leaves and damp areas under trees this time of year.
Nearly had an off though - I was following 2 cars and the jerk decided to overtake another car just as I was overtaking him and I just managed to squeeze past on the other side of the road, luckily there was nothing coming the other way! - The jerk just hadn't seen me and I'd been behind the 2 cars for a quarter mile  :head meets wall:
