Ok I know he doesn't ride a Busa YET but my very good friend Jimmy wheelied over going over a hill at about 100. He was wearing an Icon Field Armour Vest, Icon Helmet and gloves, all of which saved his life. The bad part is he was wearing street shoes. He has a broken right foot but it severed all but one artery so he has some circulation issues, tomorrow he goes in for his second surgery to find out what goes and what stays along with some skin graphs. If it were not for two of our other very good friends making a tournakit for his foot he would have bled to death. He has the usual road rash from wearing jeans and his right wrist has a lot of severed tendons and nerves, but they won't know much about it until after all the work on his foot is done in 3 weeks. I think he will keep his foot but I thought maybe some of you guys could pray for him if you are into that sort of thing. He is like a brother to me and all of his other friends, I guarantee you guys would love him and love to ride with him, he would give you the shirt off his back or have your back no matter the cost.

Here are some pics of him, oh and his MMA days are over....no more cage fighting.:bye:

I thought you guys would like his tatoo so here you go.
Thanks guys.:thumbs up:

Pretty much all bad, of that there is no doubt.

Guess there is no need to again go over the value of good gear with *every* ride..... particularly while stuntin'....

Thinking about your 'bro for ya..... that foot does look a little grim at the moment....

Well they did not do any re constructive surgery this morning. They went in and cleaned out the dead tissue. They are monitoring the circulation in his foot which is very strong at this point. He is scheduled for Wednesday to pin the bones back together and then on Friday they are going to do the skin graphs. Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts, I will keep you all updated.

Here's another spirit hoping for the best recovery that can be expected for your friend. I always wonder how many individuals actually rethink their riding style after seeing pictures like that. A fun time can still be had even when slowing down just a bit.

Thanks to all!

The update at this point is "so far, so good" everything is as it should be. Tomorrow morning he is having the bones pinned and the first skin graph. The doctors say he will probably need several skin graphs to cover everywhere that they removed the dead tissue from.

He is in good spirits, joking and talking trash back and forth. If you give him a hard time he looks at you and pushes the pain med button they passes out, its pretty damn funny.:oh yeah:
