Still getting used to my new 08 Hayabusa, and am generally very pleased. Now running consistent 9.2x @ 149 - 150. Thought it might be fun to show what not to do.

Until I get some more wheelbase on this bike, the best 60 fts I can run are low 1.5s, which equates to around 9.25 give or take. Check out this run from 2nd rounds on Sunday. I'm #9259. We dialed heads up, and like a dope I broke out -002.

were you bracket racing? because if so that time slip is very cunfusing lol, you both dialed in @ 8.0 but you both ran low 9,s so you were both running a 10th slower than your dial in, and buy looking at your slip you didnt break out by -.002 you red lighted by -.002. i assuming thats what you mean?:umm:

Busagirl,
Sorry, yes I redlit by .002. My mistake.
When you dial an 8 you are essentially running heads up with no break out. Since many of the bikes that race in the series are all around 9.20 to 9.30, we commonly run heads up.

wow i like that concept of dialing in like that and not having to be on the breaks at the end if you are ahead!! ive never been to a track were bracket racing was done like that!!
