So I got my busa yesterday and it had the seat on it and I wanted to put the cowl on and guess what? I got the 3 bolts off and what do you know I get to the last one and my hex tool just spins I dont know why so I look closer and the bolt is rounded..... I wanted my damn busa hump! lol so I guess I will look into a tool to get the bolt out. sucks oh well *EDIT* forgot to say you can see where they drilled it in so far it dug into the paint on the handle. Frustrating for sure.... kind of a kill joy but still excited to have the bike finally

Ya They were very tight but the one that was stripped you can actually see the paint and plastic shavings around the bolt hole...... The dealership is going to order me a new bolt but it kind of sucks that I have to drill that bolt out going to try my best to be careful I will be sooooooo P O ed if i screw up the paint ..... :(

maybe we need a new k8 owner guidebook sticky about things to be prepared 4. after how many people report an issue does it become a common thing we can "all" expect to see or look out for?..there are no major problems just lil things that make you wanna scream bad words. when a heads up b4 touching it would have saved $ and downtime.. just my 2 cents. if i had not read about rubber grommets in ram air duct i would still be riding with 1 stuck 2 air filter..etc..
