Other than the tail is based upon the gen1 I fail to see what else is Busa based on it or what "functionality" of the Haybusa has been retained. To me it looks like a custom bike builder is just trying to cash in on the reputation of the Hayabusa by coping one of the most recognisable features of the Busa.

I much prefer the custom bike produced at Ransom Bikes and admire their originality for incorporating a Busa motor.

All this is JUST MY OPINION and in no way reflects upon your character as a man, rider, women, lawn gnome, or lover of sheep if you happened to like or build the aforementioned bike or if you are lawm gnome who's a sheep phuckr. :oh yeah::oh yeah::oh yeah: Just kidding...

I couldn't agree more.
Even the tail is a modified gen I piece. He could have used any tail.

I think it looks pretty good. Having grown up with Harley's and graduating from them to the Busa makes me like it even more. I will always love the sound of those
v-twins pounding away. They still have their place in the motorcycle world.

one has a harley style drivetrain with certain characteristics of a hayabusa, the other has a hayabusa drivetrain in a harley style frame with really ugly bodywork. it looks to me as though some of the builders are starting to run out of ideas,good ideas anyway.

Are you suggesting I don't prefer the ransom custom bike, or are you suggesting I don't admire them?

Are you my ex hiding behind that avatar? Telling me I don't really know my own mind and if I'd just try the tofu salad instead of the steak....

Is that you Nancy?....

:oh yeah::oh yeah::oh yeah:

i'm not suggesting anything(especially the tofu,yuck:puke:) i just don't think those two bikes are really that different(except the drivetrains and the fugly bodywork). just because somethings CAN be done, it does not mean that they should be.
and as for cashing in on the hayabusa's features........the only piece on that blue ransom bike that does not scream custom harley is the drivetrain(and the ugly rad shroud).so who's the unoriginal one?..........

i don't mind the busa tailed twin but that rad shroud?...:rofl::rofl::rofl:
