Hi,
I'm glad to post here. A good web site, congratulations.
I have a new K7 busa and I'm woring about some questions but I don't have any friend with another one to compare.

1. Idle fluctuation. When running at idle, revs are not exactly the same. Now have 215kms (134milles) and make the same fluctuation. Is not big and I see another GSXR's that make the same oscillation. May be a normal revs movemen at this Suzuki's engine type, but I prefer to ask you if is normal. (see video: http://www.arca.imperator.tk/k7.wmv )
2.When starts bike after a few days stopped, if I do not accelerate 100 or 200 rpm for the first 4 or 5 seconds, engine fall down and do not start. If a give a bit gas touch at this start, do not problem. Is this normal? I don't use starter cause I think is not necesary.
3. Rear bake don't have more power. I think this is good cause I try to block this brake at lower speed (40-50km/s / 25-30 m/h) and is not possible. It's more safely I prefer this to a easy to block rear brake, but again the same question, It's normal in Busa?
4. When I ride to a lower speed at 1st or 2nd gear (40-60 km/h / 30-35 milles/hour) if I maintain accelerator at same point or speed, sometimes engine have a small pulls (not too much) if I ride at more speed or in 3st, 4th, 5th... gaer not problem.
It's normal?

Well guys, your are my only way to know a little more about my new bike.
Many thanks for your time and sorry my bad language.

Welcome, I would start here:

i think your hayabusa may need to correct THROTTLE POSITION/BODY SYNCRONIZATION, can be done with a mercury vacum guages to correct the Idle fluctuations. also check to see that the TP Sensor(throttle position sensor has the DASH - in the middle of your guages: you have to set it

C- , not _ or high dash

can be other things like you have an aftermarket exhaust, no power commander? bike may be running poorly and lean, spark plug(s) may be bad? poor fuel supply, these are somethings to explore with IDLE FLUCTUATION, you may just be simply in need of a tune up however you said the 07 is brand new and low kms??????

Keep us posted-Duane

Yes, my Busa is completly new and all is original from stock.
Just I have installed a Girpo without ATRE activated (ATRE off)
Your Busa's idle rev. don't have any fluctuation?

After your engine has come up to full temperature, adjust its idle to 1,250 RPM.

Many of these newer Hayabusas are arriving with an idle RPM that is just too low. 1,250 RPM will help to maintain a slightly improved oil pressure as well as a slightly better alternator output.

Don't adjust the idle while the engine is cold or only warm. It MUST be adjusted while the engine is at its normal operating temperature.
