View Full Version : Any 1 have Muzzy Fan Blade???

does anyone have the muzzy's fan blade or any race metal fan blade on thier busa and if so how is it? when it gets real hot here( like 105) and im sitting in spring break traffic it tends to get real hot and my light comes on. im looking to either go with the muzzy fan or get a second fan for the other side like the gen 2's have. any help please!!! ive already done the water wetter it helped a lot..

Yes! i use it all the time, you kow how bad our traffic is and getting caught in it, ENGINE ICE can run way cooler temperatures and keep you just @ operational temperatures, this ICE is the shit!:not worthy:

It's highly likely that the GenII Hayabusa's use a cooling fan motor that draws less current than the singular OEM Cooling fan motor, in which case, it won't be as much of a burden to the 2008's battery.

The GenI OEM cooling fan motor draws roughly 6.25 amps and it was never intended to run continuously even at that. Running 2 OEM cooling fan motors at idle RPM can quickly deplete the battery's charge if sufficient durations at highway speeds aren't achieved afterwards to allow the battery adequate recharge time.

so back to the original question has anyone used the muzzy fan blade and found an improvement?? thanks guys im looking to order one this week if its worth it

I have had 1 on since i bought the bike...been stuck in traffic in Grand bend beach stop a go in the middle hot weather for about 45min and she never over heated but i did...LOL!!

Engine Ice, you ask? well its just the baddest coolant on the planet that you can see your Hayabusa runs as much as 20-30 degrees cooler, already pre-mixed just you flush out your rad and you replace it with this, over flow bottle as well, this stuff is the shit!!!!:not worthy:

No this stuff is GOLD to worthy of CDN tire:rofl: I get it from ZDENO cycle $19.99 a 4L jug, you have to call some bike shops and see who else carries it?

so the fan does work pretty good too? i already use water wetter and got a 20 drop but id like the fan too seeing how its a cheap easy mod to drop the temp more.
