hello everyone ,new here just traded my blue 07 for my new baby .and i love it . there isn't anyway to describe the differences without riding one. so far i've put a modified 07 GENMAR 1.5" spacer , home made "dog-bones",HELI-BARS, and a THROTTLE MEISTER, TOBIN has the seat as i'm posting . more to come , soon i hope !!!!!

I think that is awesome coming right from an 07(pretty new hayabusa) and trading up to an 08!:thumbs up: what convinced you to move from a still recent pretty new 07 to switch over to the GENII hayabusa?

daylight and dark . this is a whole new ball game. the 07 only had 1378 miles on it. this baby is sweeeeeet.

Oooooo.... got any pics of these? I find the reach to the bars a pinch on the long side (unless I'm tucked in), so I am keen to score some Heli-Bars....

Im running HELI bars.
Had to un-hook the fast idle cable, every left turn was :surprise:. Also had to angle the brake/ clutch res. so as not to hit the windscreen
Lowered front 1/2"
raised rear 1"

Oooooo.... got any pics of these? I find the reach to the bars a pinch on the long side (unless I'm tucked in), so I am keen to score some Heli-Bars.... maybe this weekend i can get some better pics of the HELI-BARS AND GENMAR spacer. [not from a cell phone].

These go in easily, raise bars 1 1/4" which seems to make a big difference.
