Ok, I've never built a turbo bike. I used to race a 1327 Suzuki with a Race Visions chassis back in the day but times and technology have really changed. 9 second stock bikes??? Both AWESOME & UNREAL at the same time!! I'm wanting to build a turbo busa and I've got several questions for you turbo guys...
1) I've read a lot of threads saying RCC is the turbo god. What about Mr. Turbo and Hahn Racecraft? I live in Illinois and Hahn is within 3 hours drive for me. This is a plus but not the most important thing
2) What would be a better platform... Busa or Gixxer 1000? Any year better than others?
3) Does the Busa and/or Gixxer 1000 have the stock bottom end ready for a stage I turbo? What about the crank, tranny, case studs, etc....
I'm sure there's more ?? to come and your input is appreciated.

Hello, The Busa has a strong bottom end, good for 300hp all day long. RCC stuff is top notch and comes with good support. I also prefer it do to the external waste gate.

the busa has the stronger bottom end as stated
the turbo builders have their own style to their kit in a way, some come with better customer service then the others also
the mr turbo is lacking on the fueling
and rcc has the external gate (as stated)
i actually prefer a stage 2 kit due to it removes the fmu and allows for more power later
crank will handle the power of most stages
but the rods are only good to 300-350
the pistons are good to 400-450
and i recommend getting ape promod studs and nuts and a cometic head gasket
along with a base spacer and cam sprocket to degree the intake (needed for when you add spacer)

both make excellent platforms for turbobike-project.
what do you plan on doing with the bike? street-strip? street only?
as far as money goes , the advantage would go to the busa.
so many parts are cheaper and readily available (drag racing)
the only trouble any turbo kit has is when you try to do more than it was intended to do. ie stg1 will not make a good land speed bike for long.
decide what you plan to do most and make your decision from that.
