More then me, I spent all winter building the new look hayabusa, new upgraded motor, get it out on the street June?, i do 1 oil change for break in @500 kms, rode maybe another 100 kms, rumours and release of the 08 news busa in Vegas, I sell it asap to put $ for the 08 lol and i lost huge $ coin on that 2002 hayabusa too not to mention the time and energy researching, shopping online for trick custom and motor parts:wacko:
When i do get my 08, the only mods i am doing lol= warning sticker removal, reflector removal, rear fender removal, possible windscreen DB light smoke, exhaust and PC lol! oh and........:whistling:

Since I messengered for only half a year and my commute was down to 125 miles a day for 7 days a week I only did 55,000 miles.
The last 6 years were averaging 70,000 miles a year.

I've had a pretty good year so far.... 68,000 miles.
45,000 of that was on my 2002 CBR1100 Blackbird.... did some pretty killer runs on it this year. Including one that was well over 10,000 miles in less than a week. http://www.busanation.com/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif It was fun, if a little painful.
Around 16,000 miles on the FJR1300... it's the commute truck.
A piddley 7000 on the YZF-R1... just wasn't riding it like I shoulda, so it was traded in for the Gen II Busa about 10 days ago.
It's not that hard to rack up the bike miles when you don't own a cage. In fact, the last cage I own was in 1996.

Bought the bike in June of 07 and although I had a 60 day time when I was out of country I was still able to log over 6000 miles

I got in about 1200 last summer. Coaching AAU Basketball really cut into my riding time.

'07 was first year with the Busa and put a total of only 4500km. But also missed best two months where I could have rode alot. June 1 went for wrist surgery and didn't start to ride again till end of July.:head meets wall: Even for rest of year was hit or miss depending on how the wrist felt. Hope this year turns out better for me riding.
