RS-3 exhaust advice

Hey everyone... I think I've decided on a set of CF RS-3 slip-ons for my 05 LE. I've heard alot about "removing the baffles" so the pipes sound louder. Is this easy to do?? Sorry for the newb questions... advice wud help. Thanks.

I've got a set on my bike, I'm also interested in making it louder. I love the low growl it makes, but I need it much much louder.
