HMF on Gen 1 bikes?

Does anybody within 100miles of Sacramento have a GenI Busa with an HMF header on it? I need to have a look-see at the pipes where they exit the underside of the bike. Considering an HMF header but have some concerns.

What are your concerns? I have had my HMF Bigbird for 3 years without issue.
