I have a set of Yoshi RS3 race cans on my scoot and was looking for a little different sound so I took em apart and ripped all of the packing out of them and it sounds sweet, but I would like to know if this will affect anything later on im sure it has reduced the amount of back pressure also ive read on a few sites where everyone has been repacking their cans every cpl years or so.
Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't be any problem at all then.....the stock headers are very restrictive with the flow PLUS at the end of the header is a midpipe that has a built-in baffle .....see mid pipe baffle below. http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o154/Warputer/43toothsprocket-2.jpg
