Thanks for congrats.
The bike is a lot heavier then my 1000 was. Also I don't really remember what my ZX12 was like anymore.
But-
The bike is very refined. It is insainly smooth. I was rolling down the freeway doing what I thought was 85. Turns out I was doing 115.
It turns in very well for a bike it's size. Low speed handling is much better then the 1st gen. Also very stable in the turns.
Power is fantastic. At about 5/8 throttle in 1st the front wheel starts heading skyward. It accelerates very fast.
I wish I could give you a better report. But it was very windy today. All in all I am very happy with the bike.

Turbo,
Did you remove the plastic, hang down rear plate holder, or was there none fitted to the US model? If so, is it just a couple of screws?

The rear fender has 4 bolts holing it on. The plate light is plugged in under the left sidde of the tail section.
